What has changed over a year?

I have been obese for many years and I was looking very much to change this as a fact.

On the contrary, I couldn’t fathom the idea of being fat for another day.
And then it struck me.

It all started with running.
It was by far the easiest way for me to shed the extra fat and at the same time convince myself I was doing some kind of workout.

Little though have I imagined how hard it may was.
And, oh boy, was it hard…

This is a lengthy introduction to my first days of running. And for a good reason.

That’s exactly how I felt running for the first time after a year!

It was spectacularly disgusting.

I was feeling bodily incapable of doing the run.

I haven’t forgotten to run neither have I lost my passion for running.

On the other hand, what I experienced was beyond any imagination.

I HAD BECOME SOGGY
